Hey OB! I recently decided to build my own PC from scratch, and I thought I'd share it with all of you!
The specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice Socket 939. Not the newest thing out there, but not too expensive. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16819103537
Ram: 2 gigs! OCZ. WOO!
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16820146970
Power supply: OCZ Gamestream 600 watt. Seriously powerful. No question.

Mother board: Asus A8n-SLI ATX AMD. A good board. I hear it is good for overclocking.

Video card: Nvidia Geforce 6600 Sli-capable. No, I'm not utilizing SLI, sadly. I will eventually.
$90.00 Can't find a link for it...
Case: In-Win 03. Okay. It's a bit large, but it's very sexy.

Hard Drive: Main: 320 gig SATA 3.0 drive.=The sex. I also have a 60 gig IDE HDD in there.

Extras: Saitek Eclipse keyboard maximum sex appeal. ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16823175103 ) Lite-on DVD burner with dual layer writing (Okay, it's cheapo brand, but it is very effective for my purposes. Bought it at wal-mart!)
Nothing is really expensive, but nothing's really top of the line, either. It is still a strong machine, though, and can run Oblivion without any hitch. Also plays Artificial Girl 2, however, that game, is not all that great but that's for a different section! Just wanted to show my homies on the OB what I've been doing! And the answer is Oblivion. That's all I'm doing. Ever, now. Oh, and Photoshop CS2. It likes running that. It can handle pretty much anything I throw at it, so I'm very pleased.
Edit: Added links to check the prices and specs in more detail. Hopefully links will stay up.
