I thought this might be interesting to do. What would you NEVER even think of doing? State anything you wish and explain the reasons (if you wish) why you wouldn't even think of doing such a thing(s).

For example: I would never skydive because I'm scared of flying.

Oh, you may also make a list if you feel like doing so. Make it as intersting as possible if you can.

I would never:

-Vote for Bush at any given time: He is a man of stupidity and did wrongful acts.

-Yell at my parents: Any person with an ounce of respect wouldn't do so.

-Stay up later than four o'clock in the day: I'll wake up groggy in the morning.

-Not eat breakfast in the morning: It provides us with energy in the morning.

-Consume anything that contained too much garlic: It makes me cry.

-Watch sappy romantic movies: I gain nothing out of them. It bores me.

-Consume black licorice: The aftertaste is horrible.

-Kill an insect who is harmless: It's wrong. I feel like a murderer.

I would never...say never.

Once upon a time I used to have "I'll never" list. But I know better. There isn't anything I think I can honestly say that I would never, EVER do. I just don't know what will happen, or what circumstances life will put me in.

Here's an example. I used to say, that I would die before I ever let someone defecate on me. Well, my baby boy pooped on my leg once while I was taking him out of the bathtub. Guess what? I didn't die! Ha! It's wasn't fun, but it certainly wasn't the worse thing that's ever happened to me. And for all I know, there is a good chance that it can happen again.

I would never vote for a democrat.

I would never become gay or try it.

I would never watch Fruits Basket.

I would never eat clams.

I could never do anything outta the extrodinary really, and hell pay me enough money for the rest of my life and ill clean crapt outta toilets everyday with a smile on my face

Umm, lets see...

1) Go on a rollercoaster, i had a very, very bad first experience :sad:

2) Drink and drive. I know to many idiots that already do, half of them our my friends :buck:

3) Have a child on my own. I'm simple to much of a planner, do things my way, how i want the, to do it. I'm a freak at planning how things in my life go. And that goes against my plans in my life (now if i'm happy, married, and in good money, it'd be a different situation)

4) Let anyone demean me. I'm a person with great pride and utterly stubborn. So anyone looking dow, talking down, anything of the sort. Never has sat well with me :tongue:

5) Settle for what's given to me. Like said above, i'm stubborn and demand the best. And i don't like charity. I'm independent and have way to high of standards sometimes :blush: But at least no one has to worry about me to much, right?

Vote for Bush: thankfully I don't need to even consider this (different country)... not the politians here are that much better ...

-Yell at my parents: I done so... but its been very rare... maybe 2-3 times... tends not to help - but can be useful to distract someone from a state of shock and get their attention so they can calm down.

-Stay up later than four o'clock in the day: O_o ... I've stayed awake for a week (not through choice either... I just wasn't able to sleep due to illness)

-Not eat breakfast in the morning: ^^' rarely have breatfast and morning at the same time... shift work hours ... only on weekends is this really common.

-Consume anything that contained too much garlic: I've gone this... misunderstood how much garlic was needed (I added about 500gm when maybe 5 gm was needed ) ... not a pleasant experience afterwards... effective laxative... ^^'

-Watch sappy romantic movies: can be fun with a loved one...

-Kill an insect who is harmless: I don't go out of my way either way... but I'll generally try to avoid doing so (harm)

hmm really - NEVER and ALWAYS is terms and ways of thinking I'm not really comfortable with... too black|white... too much like unthinking and limited ... almost everything I can think of is in terms of shades of grey or more commonly not even that clear.. more hues of the rainbow...
only in stuff like mathematics do I really find absolutes to be of any real use. ^^'

- tell my difficulties or share stories to my mom/grandma (no 1 NEVER in my list)
- turn my back from those ppl that I consider friends

My second answer is just an application of giving things/people chances. I don't go with first impressions really, I just use them and revise them along the way all the time. Forgiveness is a really big thing for me.

Anyway, some foods you might not like at first try, but love them at another point of your life. A good example of this would be hamburgers, and how I didn't eat them until I was 13 years old because the first hamburger I tried really sucked. That's a lot of years of deprivation, as I love hamburgers. :p

Though I forgive a lot, I would never intentionally forget things - because that's how I learn. (although I have poor memory, so... :p ) I always give people second chances though, and hate how people say they "forgive but don't forget", but really mean they don't forgive.

I will never quit on trying to improve myself. One nightmare of mine, is that I'm being a certain way that everyone hates, and nobody is telling me. I really don't want that to happen. :(

I would never use a tube amp that hadn't been powered up for at least 30 minutes.
