Basically, I'd make the baby wifi. Then when it "powers up" it'll get online, which will enable a live person to do the moaning for it. It leaves more room for new vocabulary, it gives people jobs (don't think dirty) and it will free up any need for syntax programming for the machine.

So, you can pay for which type of personality you want - giving tons of customization online, and instead of just paying for the doll, we got you by the balls (pardon the pun) and make you pay monthly fees.

the eyes can be replaced with moveable ones, that blink and track you by infrared - therefore allowing them to "look" at you. Plus if you think about it, I'd put in a little "love game" sensor, which will let the operator know on the other end just how good you're performing, and unlocks new vocab + positions.
