At last! I have achieved 50 post status, and can finally open up my very own threads! HUZZAH!
Anyhoo, I think I'll begin with a little series I started on my home site of Neoseeker. I had been seeing all these nifty websites with "Anime Kitty Adoptions" and such, so I thought I'd combine my love of Japanese animation with my love of dragons for my own version of said sites!
Thus I present, "SerialZero's Anime Dragon Adoption"!
Here are the pieces I've finished so far from the requests I recieved on Neo:
*****
Kagome (Inuyasha)

Kirika (Noir)

Lirin (Gensoumaden Saiyuki)

Spike (Cowboy Bebop)

Vash (Trigun)

*****
Currently, I'm working on an Ilpalazzo dragon from Excel Saga. All of the dragons shown above, and any I'll be working on/posting in the future are up for adoption. So feel free to add them to your profiles, websites, etc. Just be sure to credit them to me somewhere.

OMG!so cute and so funny yet it amazes me how you drew these...what did you use for coloring?

Thanks bunches! I used Prismacolor pencils, and the occasional gel pen for details & highlights.
Oh yeah, and I'm more than happy to take requests from Otaku Fridge members, just bear in mind that I already have a gigundus list of requests from Neoseeker already, so it may take me awhile to get to them.

Thanks again! Now, the following drawings/sketches aren't related to my adoption program, but they're dragons nonetheless, so I thought I'd show them off anyway...

whoaaah! nice dragons. VERY CREATIVE! :agree:
i really like the blue shiny one. the artwork itself is exceptional, ang the effects makes for great impact and sets a "tech" ambience. (those are cg effects, right? the emanating rays?, if they're not done on the comp, OH MY GOD!) :shocked:
and the one before that, the brown one, it reminds me of those dark ages wooden prints. very nice.
*is inspired to make dragons of his own* :sweatface:
that is, if it's okay with serialzero that i make dragons also :sweatface:
if i do make some dragons, i'll post them on the (ball)pen and ink thread, cause this is YOUR very own thread man! and a great first one at that :agree:

Thanks bunches, folks! Indeed, the effects on the first two dragon sketches were added with my Corel Photo Paint program.
Pssst! By the way, I'm a dudette! Hahahahaha...
Anyhoo, here are some illustrations from my Inuyasha fanfic,

These two new ones look nice, I like the first one. Was the sea horse looking one influenced by Fruits Basket in any way?

Actually, that second dragon tribal DID make a fine tattoo, LOL. My friend Heath is sporting it on his right leg as we speak, HUZZAH!
Anyhoo, here are a few more draconic pieces;

I like a lot the first one, some leather accesories (i. e. an armband) and a weapon (i. e. a blaster) might make it even more interesting IMHO.

Not a bad idea! I might have to go back and do another version of that taking your suggestions into play...
In the meantime, here's a logo I designed for a Golden Oaks Foods matchbook-style sampler packet;

Beautiful images. I could never draw those! That seahorse-ish one would make a wicked chess piece. I just thought of that, don't know why, but it'd look cool. :smash:
