To be clear, I'm a guy and this post is targeted towards the girls. Generally, in the hentai that I've seen, females are depicted in compromising positions; the female characters are raped or are otherwise forced to perform sexual favours. Some series have a motivating reason (I don't mean lust) for the character to have sex with some other character(s), but certainly don't enjoy it. Hmm.. the common situation where the girl character wants to have sex is a lesbian situation, though there are some, of course, where the female has sex with a male she loves.

The common theme is using women as sex objects, basically. The tentacle stuff is an extreme rape situation... so what is it that girls like in hentai? I can't assume it's just the yaoi, if at all. I don't even like watching rape scenes very much.. I've wondered what appeals to the female fans of hentai considering what most of hentai is. Recalling the different series I've seen.. it all sure seems to be targeted specifically toward males.

My my, no replies? Well I'll just give you my two cents. As a female, I enjoy hentai for the artistic value, but also for the male sexual appeal (as little as there is in an appealing way, lol). I dunno and I hope it's not just me, but I believe some female hentai-viewers (like me) like to see good-looking males (young and old) in sexual situations when they are not raping or forcing the girls. That's the gist of it. :smile: Even so I also enjoy the females in hentai but personally I don't care for the more aggressive/office lady/sadist/seductive type h-women..nor the lolies. And I wish there were more intelligent h-girls. Sadly, females are made mentally inferior as well as sexually, in hentai.

Hmmm... I always wonder why the girls or overall women dont enjoy having an alien , monster or demon who only wants to please them. I like most aspects of hentai. If the story, art and characters are done well, I can find rape and tentacle monster action arousing. Believe it or not, sometimes I am actually not in the mood for sweet and mushy romance. Sometimes I want to see it hard and rough!

But you even though I can enjoy watching rape and less-than-genius characters, I'll tell you what turns me on the most - romance between humans and demons/monsters. I don't know, there is something very Romance Novel-ish about seeing a mean, cold-hearted demon/cyborg fall in love with a sweet, intelligent and strong human. Sadly, most of the material that I've seen with these type of relationships are anime and manga, not hentai or h-manga. Relationships like those in Inuyasha, Chrno Crusade, and Armitage III are actually even more appealing to me than most of the storylines in the hentai I've seen. If anyone knows where I can find hentai with LOVING relationships like the ones I've mentioned, please let me know! :wink:

What i look for in hentai are the art and story. Mostly, those that take setting in medieval theme. I find it hard to find a H with pure romance, 1-1 relationship.

Honestly, I like anime because of the artistry and the stories. That goes for all anime, not just vanilla anime. Personally, I like hentai with somewhat of a storyline…sex for the sake of sex gets kind of boring after a while. This is why I really don’t like live action porn, but opt for the more erotic films. Sure, I like some romance once in a while, but it’s just not my style. Anyone who knows me knows how much of a deviant I am.

As to the “turn on” question…I don’t really need visuals to get turned on…hell, a good story can do that, but visuals do help I suppose. As to the question about fantasizing about the types of things that happen in hentai…happening to me…well, there’s a lot of things that I know I wouldn’t try, but there’s quite a lot in hentai that I have tried (or do regularly). Remember, I did say I was a deviant. I don’t really get into anything that deals with tentacles, animals, or other non-humanlike beings…that’s where I draw the line when it comes to my kink. And I’m not into golden showers or scat, but I can handle watching people urinate…just not on anyone. Candles, bondage, spanking, humiliation, etc. is all fine (to an extent) with me. So honestly, hentai kinda reflects what really happens in my life, so it’s not all that odd to me.

There must be a plot..but there are exceptions... I find myself having a morbid fascination with explicit sex.. the more explicit the better.. meaning the whole sex act and the art.. Am I getting my point across here? If the art is aesthically pleasing like Mezzo Forte or Lingeres Office then I'm all for it..

Explict for me is not deprave acts such as urination or torture. Tentecle sex is downright so not with me as with animal sex... if the person enjoys it then I'm just >_<()

If the person is not willing then I wouldn't like the feature.. like Bible Black.. it is an explicit series, one in which I watched, but I didn't like it at all.

As for what my perspective on the whole sex object and female.. the entire society nowadays is now revolving around sex... in public you see sex advertised from the clothing of Victoria Secret or the scantily clad women and men on televison then there is the whole reality television, which I absolutely hate.
