well as you can guess I am new to this board I used to go to this other one (which I will not name). And I have been reading alot of your messages and it seems like you guys have known each other for along time. lets just say the other board didn't have as nice an atmosphere as this one does. I just thought you would like to know this :biggrin:

the reason for that is a lot of us have been here from the start (around 2 years ago), and have been through every trial and form that the board has seen. Since then, we've met up in real life and have become pretty good friends.

I guess we're all just really nice people with a VERY low tolerance for flamers, spammers and morons, so the quality of the board is maintained quite effectively. :D

Another reason is, some of us already knew each other for a very long time before getting here. :biggrin:

Oh, and another thing, the admins are all realted to each other (siblings and cousins) that's why they all act like so. :look:

In a way...well...OB really is one big family. Just look at them senshis :)

Also consider that most of the active members here are from the Philippines...from the Metro Manila area in particular.

You can probably consider OB as a positive example of how Manila is "a big city with a small-town mentality." :D

Regardless of nationalities, you can be sure that OB is a place for you to be...

It indeed is a big happy family... with an emphasis on big. Don't think you can't be part of it. All it takes is to contribute adequately, and observing all the forum rules... :)
